The TTI Success Insights® DISC profile is available in a number of different versions specifically designed for different applications. As the first company in the world to computerise the DISC assessment, TTI Success Insights® has set the tone in the assessment industry for over 30 years, having established a DISC profile that leads the industry in validity and reliability. However, we also recognise that DISC, as a workplace tool, has limits to what it can achieve. With this in mind, the TTISI research team has developed a series of "multi-science" assessments designed to go beyond behaviour and explore other areas of performance.
When we only have DISC, we only have one perspective to understand people. By combining the DISC profile with the Motivators assessment (known as Talent Insights®), we not only have HOW a person behaves, but also WHY they move into action. With this combination, we can understand how two people with a very similar "high D" style can appear so different — it's because their motivators colour how their behaviours manifest. For instance, when someone has a strong "Social" motivator combined with a "high D", the social motivator (a drive to help others and remove conflict) tends to soften some of the D style's characteristics. The multi-science approach produces more meaningful and useful feedback for you and your customers.

To access the DISC profile, accreditation is first required. To achieve your DISC accreditation, you will need to attend our Science of Self™ Accreditation. In this 3-day training program, you will attain certification in DISC (behaviour), Motivators (motivation/values) and EQ (emotional intelligence).
